Kirstine Hardam A/S joins the KMT Medical Incorporated
KMT Medical Incorporated (KMT Medical), an international group of companies providing home healthcare services to consumers, announces a definitive agreement for Kirstine Hardam A/S (Kirstine Hardam) to join its group of companies, pending approval from Danish authorities. Kirstine Hardam will join a group of European and US Service Business counterparts operating under KMT Medical.
Kirstine Hardam is a leader in home healthcare in Denmark. Established in 1980 by Kirstine Hardam, the company delivers products and services in the ostomy, continence, wound care and nutrition areas. The company’s philosophy is to ensure the best quality of life for their patients. The reason that Kirstine Hardam established this business is due to the rectal cancer she suffered from in 1978 which resulted in an ostomy. She wanted to help people in the same situation as herself by ensuring better products and services would be available to them.
“We are delighted to have Kirstine Hardam join the KMT Medical family of companies,” says Scott Holloway, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of KMT Medical. “We look forward to continuing to work with Mr. Uffe Hardam to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. Kirstine Hardam and KMT share similar business philosophies and the addition of their team will enhance our ability to serve our Danish customers.”
