DAK-Gesundheit has tendered the supply of stoma materials and revised it by contract. If you live in the regions where PubliCare is the exclusive service provider as a result of the tender, you can in the future rely on the professional care and delivery provided by PubliCare. We stand by your side to make switching from your previous supplier to PubliCare as easy as possible.
The call for tenders includes the supply of auxiliaries following colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy. Following the allotment of DAK, PubliCare will in principle be the exclusive provider in certain regions as of 1 April 2019. Insured members of DAK-Gesundheit, who were previously cared for by another homecare company, will not switch to PubliCare GmbH until their current ordinance has expired. That is, when you switch depends on when the approval of your recipe for your previous provider ends. DAK-Gesundheit will contact you in good time, at least four weeks before the change of service. Section 33 (6) sentence 3 SGB V remains unaffected.
